How long does delivery usually take?
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 days depending on your location and local customs. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my Needoh toy?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your toy arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Just email us with a photo and your order number.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Absolutely. We work with schools, therapy clinics, gift shops, and corporate wellness programs. Contact us at support@needohinfo.com with your quantity requirements and we will send you our wholesale pricing.
My Needoh feels sticky — is that normal?
A little stickiness after heavy use is completely normal. Simply wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry. Lightly dusting with cornstarch afterwards restores the smooth feel perfectly.
